Our programme offers you inspirational events with exceptional teachers from early pregnancy through to toddlerhood. You will find everything you need to prepare for birth and pregnancy in our Pregnancy Classes, with classes and events for new parents and babies in the  Postnatal - Baby and Me section.

We also run a unique Complimentary Therapy Clinic. Our therapists are specialists in working with women in pregnancy and post natal, and with babies and families. They offer a wonderful service to help you to treat common ailments safely, optimise your health and prepare for an exceptional birth.

Our Professional Training Programme offers comprehensive training in Active Birth and Pregnancy Yoga for birth educators, pregnancy yoga teachers, midwives, doulas and health professionals.
