I was inspired to write an online journal by people from through out the UK and all over the world, who live too far away to come to my classes and have written to me requesting guidance by email.

My aim is to pass on to you the insight and inspiration I have received over more than 25 years of teaching, using the amazing technology of email.

The first issue is completely free. Then, if you choose to subscribe, you will get 5 or 6 inspiring articles by email every fortnight until your baby is 6 months old.
