Yoga with Lynn: There are a number of ways you can experience yoga with Lynn, beyond Pregnancy Yoga & Baby & Me classes that you may already attended.
These are classes without babies for those women post baby and for women who do not have children. The options are her One to One sessions and Monday Night Yoga for Women, read more below:

Lynn’s Monday Night Yoga for Women, Active Birth Centre: Is a class that you can attend at any time in your life they will help to make yoga part of your daily routine with wonderful benefits for your health and well being. You can join this class six months post birth. also of course pre & post children! There is a focus on yoga for nourishment of the feminine energy.
Many of you will already know Lynn from pregnancy & postnatal yoga. The Monday Night class is a class for all women whatever point of life they are at, her approach is mindful and what is now often referred to as Scaravelli inspired, following the work of Vanda Scarvelli, she first discovered this approach in the pregnancy yoga classes she attended followed by her training 23 years ago.
Prior to that her personal yoga journey began with Iyengar classes in her early twenties. She has continued to deepen and develop her approach with further trainings in Thai Yoga Massage and Somatic movement, alongside her practice of yoga with teachers that include Giovanni Felicioni, Sandra Sabatini, & Donna Fahri. Lynn has trained, tutored and taught many women over the last decades, sharing her skills in yoga, touch and mindfulness while bringing positivity and joy into all she shares with others.
You are welcome to drop-in, but as places are limited please confirm by email, even if on day of class. Classes are £16 a class or approx £13 a class were paying in advance for the whole term. This is not refundable. Priority is given to regular attendees and those booking the whole term. Concession spaces are available – please do ask if needed
