Woman’s Yoga with Lynn has moved online via Zoom due to Covid-19,
You can attend these sessions at any time in your life, they will help to make yoga part of your daily routine with wonderful benefits for your health and well being. You can join this class six months post birth, also pre & post children! There is a focus on yoga for nourishment of the feminine energy.
Lynn’s classes are a perfect way to unwind every Monday night. Even though we’re not even in the same room at the moment, it stills feels as if she knows exactly what I need. I leave the session feeling so much calmer and ready to face the week ahead!
Monday: 7.00 – 8.30pm
Upcoming dates June 29th, July 6th, 20th, Aug 3rd, 17th
Will resume weekly from Sept 7th
You may pay for the 5 weeks at the start to prioritise your place or pay per class. Limited numbers

Thanks again for the virtual yoga session on Monday night, which I really enjoyed despite it not being in the studio! Many of you will already know Lynn from pregnancy & postnatal yoga. The Monday Night class is a class for all women whatever point of life they are at, her approach is mindful and what is now often referred to as Scaravelli inspired, following the work of Vanda Scarvelli, she first discovered this approach in the pregnancy yoga classes she attended followed by her training 23 years ago.
Prior to that her personal yoga journey began with Iyengar classes in her early twenties. She has continued to deepen and develop her approach with further trainings in Thai Yoga Massage and Somatic movement, alongside her practice of yoga with teachers that include Giovanni Felicioni, Sandra Sabatini, & Donna Fahri. Lynn has trained, tutored and taught many women over the last decades, sharing her skills in yoga, touch and mindfulness while bringing positivity and joy into all she shares with others.
Priority is given to regular attendees and those booking the whole term. A sliding scale is available at this time so do ask were needed.
