Lynn Murphy is here at the Active Birth Centre to support you and your baby from the start. Our Postnatal programme ensures you have a trusted and comfortable space where you can receive advice and support, meet with friends, and take time with your baby – or just for you.
You can begin our program even before your baby is here with Life with Your New Baby Day this can be attended by you and your partner in the last 3-4 months of your pregnancy.
Lynn coined the phase baby & me many years ago when she wanted to reflect that her postnatal yoga classes were for you and your baby not a class for yoga despite your baby! Lynn’s wonderfully supportive New Baby & Me Course is a great way to begin our postnatal program with your baby on a Monday afternoon. After which you can move into the new Mama & me follow-on Course on Tuesday mornings.
Lynn has a wealth of experience to support your early parenting. These sessions will help you grow in confidence as you develop skills which you will go on to use in your daily life as a mother.
Lynn also offers Private Postnatal Sessions 1-2-1 or a small group of friends in your own home, these sessions are tailored to you and your baby’s specific needs – email her to discuss email@example.com
I can’t tell you how good the class was yesterday for my body and spirit. It was such a gift to be in a calm, nurturing space and to have some time to focus on me. Edie clearly loved it too as she was relaxed and happy the whole time. Thanks so much for what you offered us yesterday. I’m already looking forward to next week. – Stefanie & Edie
We have both really enjoyed all your classes that we have attended and really appreciated your support as well. Coming to one of your classes always uplifted me and put any worries about caring for a small baby in perspective . You have been fantastic and made a real difference to us particularly in those early days. A HUGE THANK YOU. – Nicky & Laila
For more support at this time we also have Mothers Talking, as well as our wonderful therapy clinic, were our therapists are experienced in giving you and your baby ongoing support at this time.
