5 Recorded Sessions with Janet Balaskas
These sessions are best enjoyed after a 10 minute rest and relax on your yoga mat, lying on your left side. This will enable you too let go of your body to the ground, and to tune into your breathing before you start.
At the end of the session return to your relaxation position on your mat and rest again for another 10 minutes or so to allow what you have done to infuse. Come up very slowly and try to maintain a slow meditative attitude as you return to your day or evening.

How to prepare your space:
o You need a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
o A yoga mat 2 yoga blocks or small cushions
o A small cushion you like to sit on
o A yoga belt or any soft, long belt or scarf you can use instead
o A 65cm birth ball
