New Baby & Me Online Course with Lynn Murphy

A complete package of support for you & baby

New Baby & Me has moved online, redesigned and adapted for this format, extended from 10 to 15 hours, run over 6 weeks. It includes a mid morning catch up a few days after the main class and include’s a 1-2-1 chat with myself, pre course, a space for you to tell me how you are doing.

Support for new mothers & babies in the fourth trimester, attend from the comfort and security of your own home, removing the stress of traveling to class with a small baby. This allows new mothers to start sooner rather than later and to join in from anywhere in the world!

New Baby & Me sets you up with simple tools that you’ll find useful now and for months, even years, into the future with your children. You will develop real skills here on how to handle your new baby confidently, helping them to relax more fully. We will develop massage & movement for your babies with a focus on their optimal development.

Yoga in these early months can be at the heart of your postnatal recovery, but be assured we start small with simple movements to begin the journey of undoing and releasing tension held in your body post birth. Proper attention is also given to the rehabilitation of your core muscles.

This slower approach respects were you are energetically, as well as your baby who is often ‘in arms’ during class.  The practice of mindful breathing within yoga helps you relax and gives you a tool to use daily in your new life as a mother.

You will have the opportunity to get to know others in the group, and share your experiences more fully in the Friday morning meet ups. Here we will discuss issues relevant to your new life with baby as well as considering your emotional wellbeing during your transition into motherhood. A supportive circle of women will increase your confidence in this new life chapter.

Class recordings and back up material are sent to you after class. So anything missed, due to caring for your baby, can be caught up with later that day or week.

Over the six weeks of the course, you will begin to feel reconnected to yourself, gradually growing in strength and confidence. This will leave you feeling nourished both physically and emotionally.

5 Tuesday afternoons: 1 – 3.00pm March 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th & April 13th

Plus, 5 Friday mornings: 10.30 – 11.30am March 12th, 19th, 26th & April 2nd, 9th

Lynn’s classes were my light in the early weeks and months of motherhood.
